The stewing pear Karmozijn de Sonnaville is a cross between Conference, the Bloedpeertje, and the Lobster pear.
The flesh is red-coloured and slightly sour.

Flesh: red coloured and slightly acidic

Suitable as cooking pear. Boils beautifully crimson and is delicious with game dishes.
